Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
• You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

We currently offer standard shipping across the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) – Flat rate $5.99
• Free Shipping – Orders over $60 (before tax & after discounts)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

International Shipping

 

• At this time, we ship only within the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If it still can’t be located, email us at support@ailoomiworld.com for assistance.
